Our client requires a Russian Speaking Gaming Agent - candidates must have already gained permission to work in the UK.



What is the role?



Russian speaking EA Gaming Support Agent





The person in this position will work in a team environment to support EA'scustomers with billing enquiries, reporting foul play or behaviour in socialonline gaming, and technical issues. The role requires a high level oftechnical knowledge with an equal focus on delivering an exceptional customerexperience via both telephone and email in a timely and efficient manner.





Candidates should...





• Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for gaming

• Be fluent in written and spoken English

• Be fluent in written and spoken Russian

• Have 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service drivenenvironment

• Be able to demonstrate expertise with internet, internet application andMicrosoft Windows, familiar with PC hardware, PC gaming and related consumerelectronics (hardware, graphic cards, memory boards and hard drives)

• Demonstrate experience of working in a team based environment, supporting theteam in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role ingenerating team morale

• Have the ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload

• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Demonstrate resilience and ability to work on own initiative

• Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets





What is the Salary?





£7.45 per hour (equivalent to £15,500 per annum gross (taxes to be deducted).
